eVOLT Testing

eVTOL aircraft combine battery systems, electric propulsion, avionics, lightweight structures and high-power electronics in a compact platform. Each part must remain stable through altitude change, temperature shift, humidity exposure, vibration, storage and repeated operation. Sanwood environmental test chambers and climatic test chambers help engineers reproduce these conditions before components move into flight validation.

Sustainability is becoming part of laboratory equipment selection, especially for European aviation and mobility programs. For selected eVTOL test chamber models, Sanwood can provide CO2 / R744 refrigeration. With GWP=1, CO2 refrigerant helps reduce reliance on high-GWP refrigerants while supporting stable environmental testing for electric aircraft components.
