Structural features
- The inner chamber material is made of SUS#304 stainless steel with 1.2mm thickness. Full welding structure, its sealing is very well and it’s not easy to crack.
- The external material is made of cold-rolled plate with 1.5mm thickness, it has gone through brushing, polishing, painting treatment, so not easy to scratch.
- Insulation material: German Bayer fire-resistant high-strength PU polyurethane foam insulation material +ultra-fine glass fiber.
- The door seal adopts double silicon rubber sealing material.
- The observation window is 4 layers of tempered glass, the size you can choose by yourself.
- In addition, in order to prevent glass frosting when running low temperature, we setup a heater inside the observation window for de-frosting.
- Both sides of chamber are equipped with a test cable port with diameter 100mm, the silicon plug is with high low temperature resistance and also can preserve heat.
Main Fittings And Options
CO2 Protection System
- The system is equipped with a control unit, an alarm panel, an emergency button,a thermostat with dedicated temperature probe and a system with a CO2 fire extinguishing system;
- The CO2 system is activated by exceeding a temperature threshold (settable by the user) measured by a dedicated PT100 or by exceeding the CO2 threshold inside the chamber;
- The detection system, provided with its own power supply, activates the CO2 in thechamber;
- Fire suppression systems inert atmosphere uses N2 or CO2 to eliminate Oxygen.
Electrical System
- The overall layout of the circuit cabinet looks very neat and professional. Our circuits are arranged in accordance with UK standards and are equipped with complete circuit diagrams. Each line has a unique code which is clearly defined and easy to locate for troubleshooting.
- We use electrical components of world famous brands, such as Schneider from France,Carlo Gavazzi from Switzerland,Mitsubishi from Japan,Rainbow from Korea.
