Features
- The liner is made of SUS#304 stainless steel.
- The outer casing is galvanized steel.
- Test chamber door with observation window and with wiper.
- The bottom of the test chamber is in the shape of a funnel to facilitate the collection of talc powder for the experiment.
- Using a circulating fan and an automatic jar to blow the talc into the upper part of the working chamber through a 75 micron square hole mesh and promote the test space to form a high density dust mist and test the sample.
- Use the TAIAN time controller (SG2-10HR-A) which is made in Taiwan to control the dust blowing, lighting and vibration cycle.
Electrical System
- The overall layout of the board looks very neat and professional. Our circuits are arranged in accordance with UK standards and are equipped with complete circuit diagrams. Each line has a unique code which is clearly defined and easy to locate for troubleshooting.
- We use electrical components of world famous brands, such as Schneider from France,Carlo Gavazzi from Switzerland,Mitsubishi from Japan,Rainbow from Korea.

Dust Ingredients | Composed of 100% inorganic minerals, the content of 34%-40% silica (secondary angular structure quartz sand) is 0.2, and the hardness is 7°. 17%-23% is ferric oxide. 26%-32% is three oxidation of two aluminum. The rest are natural impurities. |
