Battery Altitude Testing
Walk-in Battery Altitude Test Chamber can be reproduced to perform usage environment evaluation and storage evaluation at high altitude for electronic and electrical devices.
This chamber provides a testing environment under reduced pressure. It is perfect for the detection of malfunctions of automobiles for which more electronic components are used during driving at higher elevations and for the evaluation of components intended for use in aircraft.
Further more, you can simulate the pressure up to an altitude of 45,000 meters, so you can evaluate operation at low-pressure, low-temperature highlands and evaluate air transportation.

Structural Features
- The inner wall of the chamber is made of high nickel SUS#304 stainless steel and degaussed, the thickness of the plate is 3.0mm.;
- The outer wall is made of 10 mm thick hrs steel plate, and the detachable plate structure is adopted at the proper position to facilitate the maintenance and repair of the insulation interlayer of the chamber in the future;
- Load capacity of laboratory floor: 800kg/m^2(uniform load) ;
- The chamber door is equipped with two silicone rubber sealing strips to ensure the best sealing performance of the equipment and to ensure long-term use without cracking and deformation.
Refrigeration System
- Compressors equipped with world famous brand such as Tecumseh (France made), Bitzer or GEA BOCK (Germany made).
- It applies Denmark DANFOSS and Japanese SAGLNOMIYA solenoid valves to improve the overall reliability of the equipment.
- MP10 module has motor over-heating protection (with LED indicator), exhaust temperature over-heating protection (requires optional temperature monitoring probe and LED indicator), power indicator, alarm function.
Electrical System
- The overall layout of the circuit cabinet looks very neat and professional. Our circuits are arranged in accordance with UK standards and are equipped with complete circuit diagrams. Each line has a unique code which is clearly defined and easy to locate for troubleshooting.
- We use electrical components of world famous brands, such as Schneider from France,Carlo Gavazzi from Switzerland,Mitsubishi from Japan,Rainbow from Korea.
