Therefore, enclosure protection water testing for specific products or materials is an essential procedure.
The main function of the equipment is testing the physical and other related properties of electronic and electrical products, lamps, electric cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts and components under simulated climatic conditions. After the test, it is judged whether the performance of the product meets the requirements, so as to facilitate the design, improvement, verification and factory inspection of the product.

Structural Features
- It is suitable for IPX7/IPX8 waterproof test.
- The tank body is made of SUS#304 stainless steel material, high-precision overall sub-arc welding forming, good pressure bearing; outer layer mirror polished, inner layer roughly polished.
- The equipment is equipped with a safety valve. After the rated pressure is exceeded, the pressure is automatically released to prevent the operator from danger of improperly operating improperly.
- The electronic control components use world famous brands (such as: LS, Panasonic, Omron, etc.); pneumatic components use Taiwan original Adak to ensure the stability of product and service life.
- The test time can be set to: 0-999 minutes. When the test time is reached, the pressure can be automatically balanced and the air inside the tank can be automatically drained.
- Pressure display: The pressure displayed at the controller detected by the pressure sensor, and the internal pressure can be automatically stabilized; the error value of the pressure sensor is ±0.002Mpa and the display accuracy is 0.001Mpa.
Electrical System
- The overall layout of the circuit cabinet looks very neat and professional. Our circuits are arranged in accordance with UK standards and are equipped with complete circuit diagrams. Each line has a unique code which is clearly defined and easy to locate for troubleshooting.
