Walk-in Battery High Low Temperature And Altitude Test Chamber
The altitude test chamber combines temperature and altitude environment with optional humidity for simultaneous environmental testing. The altitude chamber allows the user to control the temperature of the test room, and at the same time allows the tested product to withstand various altitudes, up to 100,000 feet, and the optional altitude range extends to 150,000 feet. The combination of these elements can accurately simulate the actual conditions that the product may encounter at different heights.

Features
- The built-in self-diagnostic function can continuously monitor the operating system, track problems before they occur and reduce troubleshooting time. This function can provide sound, visual and relay contact indications for temperatures exceeding the specified upper or lower limit.
- The product under test needs to be placed on a shelf or shelf for optimized testing. Shelves and racks are customized for each application.
- The access port can be used to easily enter the environmental room to adjust the product under test. Most climate chambers have a standard port. Additional ports can be added to the environmental chamber. The access port is made of stainless steel and welded to the inner lining. Environmental room users can choose the size and location of the access port. The port availability may depend on the environmental chamber model.
- Almost all SANWOOD chambers have a standard window. Other windows are available. Users can also customize the size to suit product browsing.
- For equipment going to Canada or the European Union, SANWOOD can manufacture equipment in accordance with CSA or CE electrical regulations to ensure the safety of equipment users and facilities.
Refrigeration System
- The humidification system pipeline is separated from the power supply, the controller, and the circuit board to avoid the leakage of water from the pipeline and affect the circuit, thereby improving safety.
- Compressors equipped with world famous brand such as Tecumseh (France made), Bitzer or GEA BOCK (Germany made).
- Shock absorption and noise reduction process,slow down the vibration, protect the compressor.The new pipe bending technology: The bending process can minimize the connector point and make refrigerant flow more efficiently.
- It applies Denmark DANFOSS and Japanese SAGLNOMIYA solenoid valves to improve the overall reliability of the equipment.
- Unit module standardization:Convenient installation, commissioning and subsequent maintenance are more convenient and cost-effective.

- The overall layout of the circuit cabinet looks very neat and professional. Our circuits are arranged in accordance with UK standards and are equipped with complete circuit diagrams. Each line has a unique code which is clearly defined and easy to locate for troubleshooting.
- We use electrical components of world famous brands, such as Schneider from France,Carlo Gavazzi from Switzerland,Mitsubishi from Japan,Rainbow from Korea.
