Application field
Thermal shock test chamber subjects a product to alternating extremes of high and low temperatures in order to observe changes in the product’s characteristics and failure occurrences caused by different materials and thermal expansion.
Two-zone Thermal Shock Chambers have a product carrier basket that automatically transports a product under test between separately controlled temperature zones. With built-in viewing windows, users can easily observe the product as it’s transferred between different temperature zones.

Thermal Shock Chambers meets the requirements of standardised temperature stress tests such as IEC 60068-2-14, the Japanese standards JASO D-014-4 and EIAJ ED-2531B Na and various degrees of severity of MIL-STD-883H and 202G.

Structural Features
- The inner chamber material is made of SUS#304 stainless steel with 1.2mm thickness. Full welding structure, its sealing is very well and it’s not easy to crack.
- The external material is made of cold-rolled plate with 1.5mm thickness, it has gone through brushing, polishing, painting treatment, so not easy to scratch.
- The insulation material is made of polyurethane foam, and the insulation thickness is 100mm.
- The door seal adopts double silicon rubber sealing material; sealing effect is very good.
- The observation window is 4 layers of tempered glass, the size you can chose by yourself.
- In addition, in order to prevent glass frosting when running low temperature, we setup a heating wire with safety voltage 24V.
- both side of chamber are equipped with a test cable port with diameter 100mm, the plug material is silicone rubber, high low temperature resistance, and also could preserve heat.
- The lock is developed and designed by Sanwood, which adopts lever principle. Pushed slowly, locked tightly.
Refrigeration System
- Compressors equipped with world famous brand such as Tecumseh (France made), Bitzer or GEA BOCK (Germany made).
- Shock absorption and noise reduction process,slow down the vibration, protect the compressor.The new pipe bending technology: The bending process can minimize the connector point and make refrigerant flow more efficiently.
- It applies Denmark DANFOSS and Japanese SAGLNOMIYA solenoid valves to improve the overall reliability of the equipment.
- MP10 module has motor over-heating protection (with LED indicator), exhaust temperature over-heating protection (requires optional temperature monitoring probe and LED indicator), power indicator, alarm function.
Electrical System
- The overall layout of the circuit cabinet looks very neat and professional. Our circuits are arranged in accordance with UK standards and are equipped with complete circuit diagrams. Each line has a unique code which is clearly defined and easy to locate for troubleshooting.
- We use electrical components of world famous brands, such as Schneider from France,Carlo Gavazzi from Switzerland,Mitsubishi from Japan,Rainbow from Korea.
