Application field
Rain test chamber is used to test anti-rain and waterproof performance for products, the products such as: steam locomotive lamps, wiper performance, waterproof bands, motorcycle instruments, defense industry, navigation systems, missiles, radar cone top, aerospace industry.
Applies to plastics, rubber, paint, coatings, printing ink, paper, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, textiles, auto parts, packaging materials, building materials, electricity and the electrical products; it provides an important testing data for scientific research, product development and quality control.

Structural Features
- The chamber adopts double casing and strengthens the structural design. The inner wall is made of SUS#304 stainless steel plate (thickness 1.0mm±0.05), and the outer casing is sprayed with galvanized steel plate (color can be customized);
- The bottom of the chamber designed with an inclined surface so that the test water can be returned to the water tank without any accumulation of water. A filter screen is provided at the water inlet to prevent external particles from entering the water tank via the water inlet;
- The test chamber door is double-opened, made of tempered glass with a thickness of 8mm, which is convenient for viewing indoor conditions, and a wiper is provided at the view window.
- The door is provided with safety protection measures. When the test chamber is opened during operation, the system will automatically stop to avoid any accidents;
- The chassis is made of SUS#304 stainless steel to ensure rigidity and strength, it can support the weight of the entire chamber and other components.

Electrical System
- The overall layout of the circuit cabinet looks very neat and professional. Our circuits are arranged in accordance with UK standards and are equipped with complete circuit diagrams. Each line has a unique code which is clearly defined and easy to locate for troubleshooting.
- We use electrical components of world famous brands, such as Schneider from France,Carlo Gavazzi from Switzerland,Mitsubishi from Japan,Rainbow from Korea.
