Application field
It is suitable for lithium-ion battery and battery core to run the high temperature and temperature cycling test,put the pole piece or battery core into the oven, set the required drying process time on the HMI, press the start button to start the drying process.

Characteristic
1. Continuous working time ≥1,000hours under the test condition of +140°C;
2. Equipped with an explosion-proof pressure relief port, when the pressure increases sharply, the pressure relief port automatically opens;
3. The smoke sensor detects the smoke or fire and active the fire extinguishing system to extinguish the fire in the oven;
4. Explosion-proof safety design, equipped with explosion-proof chains, glass explosion-proof film, insulation layer uses 100mm aluminum silicate insulation;
Structural Features

Structural Features

  • SUS#304 heat-resistant and cold-resistant stainless steel plate (1.2mm) inner box structure is fully seamless welded.
  • Internal structure reinforcement: SUS304 2mm thick stainless steel reinforcement.
  • Insulation material: German Bayer fire-resistant high-strength PU polyurethane foam insulation material +ultra-fine glass fiber.
  • The door seal adopts double silicon rubber sealing material.
  • One set of observation windows is multi-layer hollow tempered glass with automatic defrost function, which can ensure that the glass surface is free of frost and condensation during any test.
  • In addition, in order to prevent glass frosting when running low temperature, we setup a heating wire inside to get it de-frostinging.
  • Both sides of chamber are equipped with a test cable port with diameter 100mm, the silicon plug is with high low temperature resistance.
  • The door lock is developed and designed by Sanwood with lever theory.

CO2 Protection System

CO2 Protection System

  • The system is equipped with a control unit, an alarm panel, an emergency button,a thermostat with dedicated temperature probe and a system with a CO2 fire extinguishing system;
  • The CO2 system is activated by exceeding a temperature threshold (settable by the user) measured by a dedicated PT100 or by exceeding the CO2 threshold inside the chamber;
  • The detection system, provided with its own power supply, activates the CO2 in thechamber;
  • Fire suppression systems inert atmosphere uses N2 or CO2 to eliminate Oxygen.

  • The overall layout of the circuit cabinet looks very neat and professional. Our circuits are arranged in accordance with UK standards and are equipped with complete circuit diagrams. Each line has a unique code, which is clearly defined and easy to locate for troubleshooting.
